What is Casey?

It works from your own knowledge, not from generic training data.

What is a Knowledge Agent?

A Knowledge Agent is an AI agent built only from your legal advice: briefings, policies, advice notes and emails from your in-house team and your law firms. Ask it a question in plain English and it answers from that advice, shows the source, and passes anything it can't answer to the right lawyer. Their reply is added, so the agent knows the answer next time.

Can law firms offer Knowledge Agents to their clients?

Yes. A firm can publish what it already knows as an agent its clients ask directly, under the firm's own name. Questions that need a lawyer arrive in the firm's inbox with the conversation attached, ready to become instructions.

What is horizon scanning?

Horizon scanning is the continuous monitoring of legislation, regulator guidance and case law for changes that will affect a business. Casey Compliance scans your chosen topics and jurisdictions, grades urgency, cites every source and turns each change into a firm-branded impact assessment.

How does AI compliance work with Casey?

Casey asks the client for exactly the documents it needs through a self-serve portal, extracts what those documents say, maps them against the new requirement in a colour-coded gap analysis and produces the impact assessment. Lawyers validate every output before anyone relies on it.

What are agentic workflows in legal?

Agentic workflows are multi-step tasks an AI agent carries out end to end: reading a document set, applying the relevant advice, answering with its source shown, and routing anything it can't answer to a lawyer. Casey runs these workflows deterministically, answering only from the advice it has been given.

Is Casey secure?

Casey is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified and GDPR compliant. Your documents stay within your own workspace and are never used to train models. Every agent answers only from approved advice, and nothing is pulled from the open internet.
